What is Detoxification ?
Detoxification is what your body do to neutralize ,transform or get rid of unwanted material or toxins. It is the primary function of the body continuously working and interacting with another part of the body. So when I am talking about detoxification so it’s about improving and optimizing the function of your body own detoxification system. This is done by decreasing the number of toxins we put into our bodies while at the same time supporting our bodies to detoxification.
As a culture, we are very aware of eternal cleansing we clean our teeth daily. We bath and wash our hair daily but we are avoiding inner cleansing.and also it is more ignorable by a current medical system,the detoxification system is one of the key element of our body. Most of the molecule made in our body every day are for getting rid of the waste product. We need 100 of enzymes and vitamins and other molecules to help rid the body unwanted waste product and chemical. So now we can look what we have to do for the daily detox.
1-First of all drink Plenty of Water- This is the tip that you hearing again and again because of it important to so many vital organs. Water carried nutrients to our cell aid digestion by forming stomach secretion flushed our body wastage and keep our kidney healthy . It keeps out organ functionally well.Its lubricates and cushions our joints and it keeps our body temperature normal . Water also plan an important role to prevent the disease.
2-Get Exercise Each Day-Exercise is also important to stay healthy. It keeps your muscles strong ,burn fats,increase aerobic capacity and mainly the exercise help to detoxify your body itself.
3 – Have a Daily Detoxifying Tea-There are plenty of tea out there they offer different cleansing property. Most common tea is green tea. If you don’t like the green tea you can easily switch on any other detoxification tea according to what you are after like they can improve your sleep make you energized throughout the day that they can help to cleanse your liver,Kidney and also one that can calm you down and make you feel good.
4- Eat Superfood at Each Meal- Don’t switch your meal you just have to add super food in your meal. Start adding fruits in your breakfast and load of oxidants. Add spinach and salad in your lunch.In dinner add cottage cheese.
